Fashion Consolidated information kiosks now available! These are for designers and shop owners who send notices to FashCon, and friends of FashCon who own or manage medium/high-traffic public areas and want to help tell others about the group. When clicked, the kiosks hand out notecards describing Fashion Consolidated, and maybe more in the future. They come as a public telephone – as a decoration for your shop or public area. Why would you want one?
- Because you’re a FashCon designer and want to ensure a high number of their visiting customers are members of the group, and so will see any new releases and rush back to buy.
- Because you own a public area (sim, public square, front of a building) and want a decoration while helping FashCon.
- Because you love me!
There are different kiosks to suit different spaces and different prim allowances: the smaller is only 8 prims (and if anyone’s really stuck and doesn’t have the space/prims for even the smallest one, please get in touch – I can make you a clickable poster). Both options have a “designer” and “generic” style – the designer one just comes with another single-prim card making it clear that FashCon gives you new release information from the designer whose shop you’re in. The generic version without card is usually for public spaces. I’ll send you the appropriate one but get in touch if you want the other.
How to get one? Just IM Honey Fairweather inworld or fill out the comment below (which I won’t publish) and specify your store name, the sim where the store is, and which kiosk (or kiosks) you’d like, or just fill it out when you apply if you’re a new designer.
E.g. “Grace Brothers – ImFree Island – stall”
I’ll drop the kiosk on you – you own it and can place it where you want. If you’re not a registered FashCon designer, include information about the public space you want to place the kiosk in, and whether you own or manage it. Oh and if you change your mind any time and want another style jusssst ask. Hopeful we can scatter the grid with scruffy phone boxes in no time!
